Jensen Ackles take to the stage - to ear-splitting screams - to debut a season 10 teaser scene from an episode he directed.

"Alright, calm down!" - Jensen is "nervous" stood up on stage alone.

So after a season 9 recap, we got our first glimpse of season 10 - a super-intense confrontation between a conflicted Sam... and demon Dean!

SPOILER 10x03: “The scene is Dean confronting Sam for the first time since becoming a demon (so they won’t see each other again until episode 10.03, folks). Sam talks about hating demons, Dean says “I got a hell of a lot more running through me than demon juice.” Dean has made it back into the Men of Letters bunkers and tells Sam that he knows what he did trying to find him, so which one of them is “really the monster?”. The two are fighting each other in one of the bunker halls after Dean stalks his brother with an axe.” [X]

Demon Dean has the car and doesn't care as much as regular Dean does.

Sam deals with how to rescue his bro from being a demon & Dean is struggling with what it means. Jensen directed Ep where they interact anew

Yes, @jarpad plays all freakin sorts of Sam, and it's great to watch Jensen flex those variety of muscles

Dean as a demon isn't a possession -it's his soul that is twisted and demonic, no possession is going on.

Demon!Dean was tied up most of the time in Ep 3.

Where is Castiel in the start of spn 10? His grace is fading he is less strong and less fun.

Misha just asked Mark to stop making their dolls mate.

Castiel is trying to get Dean patched up - a priority over getting his own powers back.

Poor Mark Sheppard doesn't have a doll but has a relationship with Dean. Nobody will believe Crowley didn't know what was going to happen...

The 200th episode is musical-ish. #wbsdcc a love letter to the fans - with songs! There is also singing in the season opener.

There will also be rump-shaking. And demon!Dean may karaoke.

Neither J can really remember the early s1 of Show and @jarpad tanks the fans. they knew they were onto something  and "here we are and it's pretty outrageous... And humbling." @jarpad

Jared says he shouted: Get a room! And someone said Shut u--- oh my god!

Misha Collins is calling the Js "children" in the first season. It is, he points out, all of their adult lives. But everyone agrees they're still childlike in some ways, and the show is like Boyhood in real time.

Misha and Jared are debating whether 6 & 7 year olds should watch the show. Their waiter last night who was 22 said he grew up watching Show

"maybe if we don't make too much noise he'll keep us on the air" Jensen says re S1

Would @WilliamShatner have to audition to be on SPN? Misha says yes.

What are we going to learn about Crowley? What is here left to learn, Mark asks. The world revolves around Crowley.

Jensen notes: everyone wants a piece of Dean. He's he guy you want around if you're in a jam. Mark likes Demon!Dean.

The interesting thing with Demon!Dean and Crowley is that eventually Crowley may think is is a bad idea.

@jarpad on Dean - the way he show was set up, Sam wanted to be a homebody and Dean was the Han Solo rambling man. That difference at cores is why Dean has more relationships outside of Sam than Sam does outside of Dean.

Jared notes characters are more likely to come back if they die than if they live. People are shouting for @OsricChau's Kevin to return.

They get to do more of a thank you to the fans in Ep 200

A winged fan has a question about Constantine and whether there'll be a Cas spinoff.

No, Common Law squatters rights don't give SPN rights to Constantine

Jared jokes about constipation.

misha jokingly suggested that an SPN spinoff take Sam & Dean to another show and Cas can stay on spn - Mark says Crowley too!,

Next Q about each character's bucket list. Jared's bucket list is ten more Hall H's at SDCC.

Mark's Bucket List is to try not to die in S10. Jared says Dean's bucket list is to kill Crowley.

Jeremy says Cas's bucket list is staying alive and finding dean. Jensen says: bucket list is Don't Kick the Bucket.

Q asks if there will be any female series regulars. Jared asks where's Felicia.

Jeremy says a series regular is a technical term and we'll have a lot of new & returning female characters in season.

Q: What are the physical challenges in fight sequences? Jensen says not getting hurt & Jared says they're more time intensive than assumed.

Fight scenes from security cameras are simpler but multi camera scenes leave you sweaty & tired & nasty. –Jared

Jensen is talking about fight scenes as Demon!Dean - it sounds like Dean will be possessing someone but it's unclear. Will ask later....

Misha is praising the stunt guys. They can have bones sticking oit and still say Let's Go Again.

Jensen says they do as much as they can and go home with bumps and bruises.

And Misha finally made a "wet blanket" joke about a prior questioner's "costume". And @jarpad is being pedantic in good fun.

Question is about pranks - they haven't had a chance to do any yet, Jared says. Jensen says he worried Misha would have tried something when Jensen was directing but Misha didn't try. Misha says now maybe he will

Praise for another Cas cosplayer's wings - she has a question for the actors. What would dating profiles say?

Jarpad says Sam's would be difficult - tall, floppy-haired, all past gf's have died

Misha says Cas would have to disclose his disrespect for personal space & demos on Jared.

Dean's would be: rolling through town, no strings attached. Interested?—Jensen

Mark says Crowley's would be: [crowley-voice] Hello, girls -- or Hello, boys.

Jeremy says he doesn't know what his would be. Maybe: have booty, will travel

Awesome Bobby cosplayer. Mark says he feels a kiss coming on. Jensen says he knows it isn't real but has beard envy.

"Bobby" is asking how their beliefs have changed re supernatural activities.

Jared says he has grown less fond of "the supernatural" - and tries to clarify but everyone interrupts him. He believes in it less.

Jensen has always said he is more of a realist re things that go bump in the night but now it better not be a ghost because he will kill it!

It's like: I'm not a doctor but I can play one on TV. –Jensen

One last q but as Mark says, we'll have to do this again next year.

Compared to a show like GG, do the actors think they'll be typecast as tough guys? Jared says that the show is about the vulnerability that s common to both genders - he thinks they've done a lot more crying on SPN than on prior shows.

Under the guise of two guys and an angel and yadda yadda (Mark interrupts) there's a lot of vulnerability. Now we get the gag reel.

-Jared ha portato la sua intera famiglia a Washington ed è esausto.
-Jensen su un messaggio che gli ha mandato Jared che lo ha fatto morire dal ridere e pisciare sotto un pò.
-Fan: "Gil è ora il mio Winchester preferito." Jared: "(sottovoce) è anche il mio."
-Fan: "Rimanete nel personaggio tra le scene?" Jensen: "Se è una scena molto intensa cerchiamo di rimanere in quello stato mentale."
-"Come fate ad entrare nel personaggio?" Jensen: "urlano azione!"
-"Perchè Sam e Dean non sono andati ancora a Washington a cacciare mostri?" Jensen: "Perchè ce ne sono troppi, avremmo bisogno di rinforzi."
-Fan: "Questo show è così emotivamente pesante." Jared: "Decisamente!"
-I J2 hanno guadagnato empatia dalla recitazione.
-Qualcuno menziona il film della Disney di Jared e Jensen si entusiasma.
-Jared doveva interpretare il cattivo in un film, ma i produttori potevano vedere che era ancora un bravo ragazzo per cui non lo hanno preso.
-Fan: "Puoi fare il 'look at me bitch' ora?" Jensen: "Solo per la telecamera." L'intera stanza alza le telecamere.
-Jared dice che vedremo molto Dark!Dean nelle prossime puntate.
-Jared sta ascoltando al momento la canzone 'Jared Padalecki' e Jensen la giudica con passione. Jared: "Sei tu che canti?"
-Jared non si ricorda che oggi è il giorno di Star Wars e Jensen: "E' il giorno di Star Wars, nerd! Che la forza sia con te! Andiamo!"
-L'intera gang si riunirà presto. Jared: "Dean è tutto un: 'cass, guardami stronzo!' e io sono tipo: 'andiamo ragazzi!'"
-Jared: "Gli autori hanno cercato di mostrare chi sono Cass e Crowley al di fuori del loro rapporto con i fratelli."
-Jared: "Mi piace la vulnerabilità di Sam."
-Cosa è difficile nel recitare? Jared dice che la parte più difficile del recitare molte volte è stare lontano da amici e famiglia.
-J2 sono consapevoli che sono loro ad apportare il tono nel set e che se rispettano tutti, a loro volta verranno rispettati.
-Jensen: "Danneel e Misha sono molto amici e ha amato lavorare con lui."
-Jensen a Danneel: "Lo sai che è un individuo contorto vero?" Danneel: "Si lo so, è per questo che mi piace."
-Jensen: "Se non fosse stato Misha a dirigere le avrei detto di non farlo sia che mi avesse dato ascolto o no.."
-Fan: "Sono una tua fan sin dai tempi di Days of Your Life" Jared: "Anche io."

Jensen, insieme a buona parte del cast di Supernatural, ha preso parte alla Con di
Washington.
 Resoconto del panel dei J2:
-I J2 entrano sul palco sulle note di Carry on My Wayward Son.
-Jared abbracciando Rob vestito da George Washington: "Non ho mai abbracciato il presidente prima!"
-Jensen su Misha che ha detto che non gli stavano facendo dire le battute: "Siamo stato degli angeli. E' solo che ogni tanto non è preparato e noi lo abbiamo aiutato."
-Jensen: "Solleviamo Misha quando cade."
-Fan: "Qualche storia interessante sulla vostra infanzia come Misha?" Jared: "preferiremmo parlare delle storie di Misha."
-Jensen odia i fagiolini. Jared li ama. Jensen: "Ovvio che li ami è il gigante verde."
-Jensen dice che non riesce a mangiare i fagiolini. Quando era piccolo, lo sforzavano a mangiarli, per cui li mandava giù a fatica e poi vomitava.
-La cosa preferita che piace fare a Jared con i suoi bambini è dormire perchè capita raramente. Shep è ancora molto piccolo e Thomas è in quella fase in cui gli piace scoprire le cose.
-Jared ha portato Thomas al Museo della Storia di Washington.
-La cosa preferita che piace fare a Jensen con JJ: ha 11 mesi e gli piace metterla a letto in una stanza silenziosa, con lei che lo guarda. La porta lui a letto e la culla per farla addormentare. Gli piacciono i momenti tranquilli con lei. Jared lo abbraccia.
-Jared: "Se dovessi guardarti negli occhi mi addormenterei anche io." Jensen: "Si, non riesco a guardarmi neanche io negli occhi."
-I fratelli usciranno da questa situazione più forti? Jared: "Lo spero, quello che non ti uccide ti rende più forte." Jensen: "Se lo show fosse vicino alla fine, allora si che dovreste preoccuparvi se i ragazzi stanno litigando."
-A Jared viene chiesto sui suoi problemi con le linee aeree. Dice che non gli piacciono i bulli. Jensen: "A meno che non si tratti di Misha, in quel caso gli piace fare il bullo."
-Jensen si identifica con la fedeltà di Dean verso la sua famiglia e amici. Dice che suo fratello si era arrabbiato guardando Swan Song. Non riusciva a vedere il suo fratellino essere preso a pugni.
-Jared a Jensen: "Non modellarti a Dean...è cray cray (modo di dire per pazzo)." Jensen scuote la testa: "Deve essere qualche merda da twitter."
-Gli viene chiesto quale siano i loro episodi preferiti. Jensen: "E' difficile scegliere tra 195 episodi!" Entrambi dicono Bobby's Death. Jensen cita anche la storyline sul sangue di demone con Sam e il Purgatorio.
-Jared dice che si identifica con i capelli di Sam. Jensen: "Anche io." Jensen dice che di tanto in tanto sistema a Jared i capelli sul set. E gli asciuga anche il sudore. Jensen tocca i capelli a Jared, Jared: "Non me li laverò più."
