Jensen Ackles take to the stage - to ear-splitting screams - to debut a season 10 teaser scene from an episode he directed.

"Alright, calm down!" - Jensen is "nervous" stood up on stage alone.

So after a season 9 recap, we got our first glimpse of season 10 - a super-intense confrontation between a conflicted Sam... and demon Dean!

SPOILER 10x03: “The scene is Dean confronting Sam for the first time since becoming a demon (so they won’t see each other again until episode 10.03, folks). Sam talks about hating demons, Dean says “I got a hell of a lot more running through me than demon juice.” Dean has made it back into the Men of Letters bunkers and tells Sam that he knows what he did trying to find him, so which one of them is “really the monster?”. The two are fighting each other in one of the bunker halls after Dean stalks his brother with an axe.” [X]

Demon Dean has the car and doesn't care as much as regular Dean does.

Sam deals with how to rescue his bro from being a demon & Dean is struggling with what it means. Jensen directed Ep where they interact anew

Dean as a demon isn't a possession -it's his soul that is twisted and demonic, no possession is going on.

Demon!Dean was tied up most of the time in Ep 3.

Where is Castiel in the start of spn 10? His grace is fading he is less strong and less fun.

Misha just asked Mark to stop making their dolls mate.

Castiel is trying to get Dean patched up - a priority over getting his own powers back.

Poor Mark Sheppard doesn't have a doll but has a relationship with Dean. Nobody will believe Crowley didn't know what was going to happen...

Misha Collins is calling the Js "children" in the first season. It is, he points out, all of their adult lives. But everyone agrees they're still childlike in some ways, and the show is like Boyhood in real time.

Misha and Jared are debating whether 6 & 7 year olds should watch the show. Their waiter last night who was 22 said he grew up watching Show

"maybe if we don't make too much noise he'll keep us on the air" Jensen says re S1

Would @WilliamShatner have to audition to be on SPN? Misha says yes.

What are we going to learn about Crowley? What is here left to learn, Mark asks. The world revolves around Crowley.

Jensen notes: everyone wants a piece of Dean. He's he guy you want around if you're in a jam. Mark likes Demon!Dean.

The interesting thing with Demon!Dean and Crowley is that eventually Crowley may think is is a bad idea.

@jarpad on Dean - the way he show was set up, Sam wanted to be a homebody and Dean was the Han Solo rambling man. That difference at cores is why Dean has more relationships outside of Sam than Sam does outside of Dean.

Jared notes characters are more likely to come back if they die than if they live. People are shouting for @OsricChau's Kevin to return.

A winged fan has a question about Constantine and whether there'll be a Cas spinoff.

Next Q about each character's bucket list. Jared's bucket list is ten more Hall H's at SDCC.

Mark's Bucket List is to try not to die in S10. Jared says Dean's bucket list is to kill Crowley.

Jeremy says Cas's bucket list is staying alive and finding dean. Jensen says: bucket list is Don't Kick the Bucket.

Q asks if there will be any female series regulars. Jared asks where's Felicia.

Jeremy says a series regular is a technical term and we'll have a lot of new & returning female characters in season.

Q: What are the physical challenges in fight sequences? Jensen says not getting hurt & Jared says they're more time intensive than assumed.

Fight scenes from security cameras are simpler but multi camera scenes leave you sweaty & tired & nasty. –Jared

Jensen is talking about fight scenes as Demon!Dean - it sounds like Dean will be possessing someone but it's unclear. Will ask later....

Misha is praising the stunt guys. They can have bones sticking oit and still say Let's Go Again.

Jensen says they do as much as they can and go home with bumps and bruises.

And Misha finally made a "wet blanket" joke about a prior questioner's "costume". And @jarpad is being pedantic in good fun.

Question is about pranks - they haven't had a chance to do any yet, Jared says. Jensen says he worried Misha would have tried something when Jensen was directing but Misha didn't try. Misha says now maybe he will

Praise for another Cas cosplayer's wings - she has a question for the actors. What would dating profiles say?

Jarpad says Sam's would be difficult - tall, floppy-haired, all past gf's have died

Misha says Cas would have to disclose his disrespect for personal space & demos on Jared.

Dean's would be: rolling through town, no strings attached. Interested?—Jensen

Mark says Crowley's would be: [crowley-voice] Hello, girls -- or Hello, boys.

Jeremy says he doesn't know what his would be. Maybe: have booty, will travel

Awesome Bobby cosplayer. Mark says he feels a kiss coming on. Jensen says he knows it isn't real but has beard envy.

"Bobby" is asking how their beliefs have changed re supernatural activities.

Jared says he has grown less fond of "the supernatural" - and tries to clarify but everyone interrupts him. He believes in it less.

Jensen has always said he is more of a realist re things that go bump in the night but now it better not be a ghost because he will kill it!

It's like: I'm not a doctor but I can play one on TV. –Jensen

One last q but as Mark says, we'll have to do this again next year.

Compared to a show like GG, do the actors think they'll be typecast as tough guys? Jared says that the show is about the vulnerability that s common to both genders - he thinks they've done a lot more crying on SPN than on prior shows.

Under the guise of two guys and an angel and yadda yadda (Mark interrupts) there's a lot of vulnerability. Now we get the gag reel.

E' la scena dove Dean e Sam si vedono per la prima volta dopo che Dean è diventato demone (per cui non si vedono fino all'episodio 10x03). E' una scena intensa, Sam ha il braccio in un tutore e Dean è inquietante. Dean ha gli occhi neri ad un certo punto e c'è un confronto piuttosto teso tra loro.
-Descrizione della scena: Sam parla di quanto odi i demoni, Dean dice: "C'è molto più del succo di demone che mi scorre nelle vene." Dean è tornato nel bunker dei Men of Letters e dice a Sam che sa che ha cercato di trovarlo, per cui quale dei due è il vero mostro? I due si stanno combattendo contro i muri del bunker dopo che Dean ha rincorso suo fratello con un accetta.

-Jensen dice che Demon!Dean ha la macchina, ma che sfortunatamente non gliene importa nulla dell'Impala a differenza di Dean.
-Mark Sheppard è molto triste che non ha una bambolina funko.

Dean demone sarà una grossa parte della stagione. La prima parte in particolare è focalizzata su come invertire il processo di Dean demone mentre Dean combatte con quello che significa essere un demone. Jeremy dice che lui e gli altri autori sono eccitati nella vera domanda che ci porremmo, su chi sia tra i fratelli il vero mostro.
-Sam cerca di scoprire come salvare suo fratello dall'essere un demone e Dean combatte con la cosa. Jensen ha diretto l'episodio dove interagiscono per la prima volta.
-Carver: "E' divertente..divertente è la parola sbagliata, ma è eccitante e emotivo."
-Com'è interpretare demon!Dean? Jensen dice che i demoni di solito possiedono un corpo, ma qui è l'anima di Dean che è corrotta. E' stato interessante cercare di renderlo un personaggio diverso, ma allo stesso tempo mantenere lo stesso personaggio di fondo. Jensen rivela anche che demon!Dean sarà legato per la maggior parte del tempo nel 10x03.
-Misha dice che all'inizio della stagione Castiel è preoccupato nel trovare un modo per aiutare Dean ma deve anche affrontare il problema della sua grazia.

-Misha ha appena chiesto a Mark di smettere di far diventare amiche le loro bamboline.

-Mark dice che nessuno crederà mai a Crowley e il suo: "non sapevo cosa sarebbe successo" e vedremo se: "Crowley ha qualche controllo sulla cosa o se è a capo della cosa."
-Castiel sta cercando di sistemare Dean e il suo problema della grazia sarà secondario.

 -"Congratulazioni Mark per essere diventato series regular!" Mark: "In qualche show?"

-Jared sta facendo una lezione di grammatica sul palco basata sul termine 'musicalish' per il 200esimo episodio. Mark: "Jared corregge la mia grammatica tutti i giorni."

Jensen: "A Demon!Dean piace fare karaoke..oppure no?" Robbie Thompson dal pubblico: "Si gli piace!" Mark: "Cosa mi dite di un terzetto?"

 -Jared vuole che tutti sappiano quanto sono grati ai fans. Dice che semplicemente non esisterebbero senza di loro.

-Stanno parlando del pilot. Misha: "Eravate dei bambini. Supernatural è stata tutta la vostra vita da adulti."
-Misha e Jared si stanno chiedendo se i bambini di 6 o 7 anni possano vedere lo show. Il loro cameriere ieri sera che ha 22 anni gli ha detto che è cresciuto guardando lo show. Jared di solito ha la frase: 'vi ho visto fin da quando ero bambino,' mentre Jensen quella: 'sono cresciuto con voi ragazzi.'

-Quando gli viene chiesto se gli piacerebbe che William Shatner partecipasse allo show, Misha risponde che sarebbe fantastico ma che dovrebbe fare l'audizione come tutti gli altri.
-Mark: "Crowley ha sempre ragione. Il mondo gira attorno a Crowley. Ci arriverete anche voi, eventualmente."
-Jensen dice che Dean è così popolare perchè è il ragazzo che vorresti avere con te se ti trovi nei guai. Jared: "O se vuoi creare guai."

ensen dice che ad un certo punto Crowley dirà su demone!Dean: "Questa è stata davvero una brutta, brutta idea."

-Jeremy sul vedere Jared e Jensen crescere in televisione: "Voi ragazzi siete Boyhood prima che Richard Linklater abbia fatto Boyhood."
-Jared dice che all'inizio dello show Sam voleva una casa mentre Dean era il girogavo. La diversità tra Sam e Dean ha guidato lo show all'inizio e continua a farlo tutt'ora. Dean ha più rapporti rispetto a Sam perchè gira di più, è un girovago e incontra e si connette con più persone rispetto al fratello.
-Jared dice che scherzano spesso che i personaggi hanno più probabilità di tornare se muoiono che se restano in vita.
-Mark dice che gli piace demone!Dean.
-Misha dice che stanno cercando di preparare un 'desisti e cessa' pacchetto per evitare che Constantine assomigli un pò troppo a Castiel nel modo di vestire. Misha dice che c'è molto parlare di un possibile spinoff e secondo lui la cosa migliore sarebbe mettere Sam e Dean nel nuovo spinoff e lasciare lui e Mark nello show originale. Jared scherza: "Hai sentito parlare del nuovo film Constipation? Non è ancora uscito." Jensen si lamenta: "Ho sentito questi tipi di battute per dieci anni e non sono ancora divertenti."
-Sam è stato all'Inferno e al ritorno, ed è stato divertente interpretare tutte le sue versioni, dice Jared.
-Jared, Jensen e Misha danno le loro bamboline funko alle prime persone in fila per fare le domande.
-Una fan che indossa un costume di Castiel con delle ali sta per fare una domanda. Mark: "Scusami, non ci arrivo..da cosa sei vestita?" Misha: "Non abbiamo i soldi per delle ali simili."

-Una persona vestita con un cappuccio arriva a chiedere una domanda, ma non parla all'inizio. Poi si toglie il cappuccio e rivela di essere Osric! Chiede quando tornerà Kevin. Mark: "Mi porto dietro un pezzo di Kevin tutte le volte." Il cast fa l'inchino a Master Chau.
-Una fan chiede quale sarebbe la lista dei desideri per i personaggi. Jared dice che per lui sarebbero altre 10 Hall H al Comic Con. Mark dice cercare di non morire nella decima. Jeremy gli risponde: "Buona fortuna con quello." Jared dice: "Quel conflitto con la lista dei desideri di Jensen che è di uccidere Mark Sheppard il prima possibile..non Crowley..proprio Mark Sheppard." Misha pensa che Castiel non abbia una lista dei desideri. Misha dice che per Castiel forse è cercare di rimanere in vita. Jensen scherza con: 'non colpire il secchio'.
-Una fan chiede se ci si possa aspettare un series regular femminile prima o poi. Jared: "Dov'è Felicia?" Jeremy risponde che un series regular è solo un nome tecnico, ma: potete aspettarvi molti nuovi personaggi femminili e anche dei ritorni, forti e sani nella decima."

Jared dice che Crowley è abbastanza ambiguo da poter essere una 'lei'.
-Quali sono le sfide più grandi nelle scene di combattimento? Jensen dice: 'non farsi male'. E Jared dice che sono più intense di quanto uno si aspetti.

-Jensen ha detto che questa settimana come Demone!Dean ha combattuto e ucciso un ragazzo Martedì, ha picchiato quasi a morte un altro ragazzo Mercoledì e poi ha preso a calci un altro ragazzo e ucciso un altro ragazzo Giovedì. Ha detto che ha avuto una fantastica settimana perchè tutta la sua rabbia e frustrazione è stata sfogata sul set.

-Jensen dice che lasciano che gli stunt guys prendano il controllo quando le cose diventano troppo fisiche: "a parte con Jared che si fa male da solo."
-Jensen dice che c'era una parte di loro che ha pensato che Misha potesse vendicarsi quando Jensen ha diretto il 10x03, ma poi ha pensato: "non è così stupido."
-Una fan gli ha chiesto di riassumere il profilo dei loro personaggi come se li mettessero su un sito per incontri. "Sam Winchester: alto, capellone, tutte le sue passate ragazze sono morte, chiamate se siete interessate ma siate pronte a firmare un assicurazione sulla vita." "Castiel: non rispetto per lo spazio personale delle persone." "Dean Winchester: appena arrivato in città, nessuna intenzione di creare un legame stabile..interessate?" "Crowley: ciao ragazze (con la voce di Crowley), o ciao ragazzi."
-Jensen dice che interpretare Dean gli ha dato un falso senso di sicurezza, perchè ora pensa di poter uccidere i fantasmi se ne ha l'occasione. "E' tipo: non sono un dottore, ma ne interpreto uno in tv!". Jared dice che invece ora crede meno al supernatural per via di Supernatural.
-Jared dice che Supernatural è più sugli esseri umani, invece che sull'essere un ragazzo o una ragazza. Dice che ha pianto più in Supernatural che in Gilmore Girls, anche se aggiunge, che probabilmente Jensen ha pianto più in Days of Our Lives. Jared dice lo show è su due ragazzi, ma c'è lo stesso molta emozione.
